Dzintars e-shop delivers to addresses in Latvia as well as abroad.

1. Delivery types and terms in Latvia

Collection at H.A. Brieger SIA:

Free pick-up.

Delivery to the parcel cupboard
The delivery fee to the parcel wardrobe in Latvia is EUR 3.00. Delivery to parcel cupboard in Estonia, Lithuania EUR 6,00.

Omniva parcel

Delivery to an Omniva parcel machine. The Customer can collect the parcel at his/her preferred time, at the selected parcel office.

Once the parcel is placed in the parcel machine, the Customer receives a text message with an access code on his/her mobile phone. The status of the order can be viewed by logging into your Customer Account. If the Customer does not have an account and the order has been placed without registering at Dzintars e-shop (as a guest), it is possible to check the status of the order by contacting the Customer Service of Dzintars e-shop and quoting the order number.

DPD pickup (package point)

The Customer can pick up the parcel at his/her preferred time, at the parcel locker of his/her choice.

As soon as the parcel is placed in the parcel locker, the Customer receives a text message with an access code to the phone number indicated in the order. The status of the order can also be viewed in the e-mail message received when the order was packed. If you have not received an email, please check the "spam/emails" or "promotions/promotions" sections of your email. You can also check the status of your order by contacting Dzintars e-shop Customer Service and quoting your order number.

Delivery time: 3-5 working days in Latvia, 5-10 working days in Estonia, Lithuania, 10-15 working days in Europe, depending on the delivery country.

Delivery by courier

Delivery by courier in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania EUR 7,00

Delivery to your door on working days, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.

Delivery by courier in Europe EUR 18,00 (delivery countries - Poland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Finland, Germany, Sweden, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain).

2. Other delivery times

Delivery times on public holidays and during sales

The delivery times specified in Clause 1 of these Delivery Terms may be extended on pre-Christmas and public holidays, as well as during Dzintars e-shop promotions and sales.

3. Free delivery for orders placed in Latvia

We provide free delivery to any of our locations in the Baltic States for Customer orders over EUR 25.

This per order amount is calculated after all discounts have been applied and does not include delivery charges.

4. Delivery details

The delivery data relating to the delivery of the Goods shall not be passed on to third parties other than the courier and delivery service providers specified in these Delivery Terms for the delivery of orders.

5 Return Policy

The terms and conditions for the return of goods are set out in the sections of the Terms and Conditions entitled "Return and Return of Cosmetic Products Purchased from the Amber e-shop", "Right of Withdrawal" and "Consequences of Withdrawal".

In the event of a return, the goods must be delivered or sent to:

The Customer shall pay the costs of returning the Goods, except in certain cases specified in the Terms of Use.

For deliveries to third countries (non-EU countries), the Customer is responsible for payment of customs and VAT duties and these charges are not included in the final price of the goods. Delivery or postage charges to countries other than those specified in paragraph 1 of these Conditions shall be applied on a case-by-case basis agreed with the Customer.
